What it means to be Emplified
If someone you know just posted that they are officially Emplified, it means they have worked through an Emplify track and completed the tasks in it, including a CV tailored to a real job and reviewed by our team.

Officially Emplified
This certifies that
Alex Morgan
has completed every module of the
Graduate roles track
What an Emplified person has done
The certificate is earned by completing tasks, not by watching. By the end of a track, that adds up to this.
A CV reviewed by our team
Tailored to a real job advert and sent to us for feedback. One page, built from real evidence, not a list of school subjects.
A cover letter written for the job
Specific to the employer and the role, not a template with the company name swapped in.
Practised the online tests
Numerical, verbal, logical and situational judgement, with worked answers, before sitting a real one.
Interview answers from their own life
STAR answers built from things they have genuinely done, ready before the interview rather than improvised in it.
A reason they are the right hire
Able to explain in one clear line why they fit the role, matched to what the employer asked for.
Knows what comes after
The follow-up email, chasing a decision politely, and turning a rejection into feedback.
What it is not
It is a certificate of completion, not an accredited qualification. Emplify is not an awarding body, and being Emplified is not regulated by Ofqual or any exam board.
It tells an employer one thing honestly: this person did the work to prepare properly. Nobody can promise an interview or a job, and we do not.
